Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your hunt.
A hunt is only confirmed after:

You receive a confirmation email

Your 25% non-refundable deposit is received

2.2 Payment Requirements

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve dates

Remaining balance is due before arrival

Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking

Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund

2.3 Refund Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations due to:

Weather

Travel issues

Personal schedule conflicts

Group size changes

Health or medical issues

Migration conditions

No-shows or early departures

No refunds or credits will be issued once payment has been made.

2.4 Rescheduling

Date changes may be requested but are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Deposits remain non-refundable regardless of rescheduling status.

3. User Responsibilities During the Hunt

By booking through this Site, you agree to the following responsibilities:

You agree to follow all safety instructions from guides. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund.

Group minimums apply to all hunts. If your group arrives with fewer members than booked, you are still responsible for the minimum group rate.

Waterfowl hunting is subject to natural conditions such as weather, migration, land access, and animal behavior. Four Leaf Outfitters does not guarantee:
